Team Building

You can’t build a successful team of people to impact something without having the following in place:

The team must align on an underlying intent of the group. 

Each person must create his or her underlying intent.  This would be something that is bigger than what they could ever accomplish by themselves in their lifetime. 

The vision and mission must be created such the group is called forth into action. The mission of that group is bigger than the group and each person as a whole brings to the party. Their individual underlying intent and the underlying intent of the created vision and mission of the whole generates its own life. 

When everyone is holding the space of each individual’s intent and the overall intent of the group, this is the seamless marriage that is the first step to transform and move the intentions forward in the world as one group aligned as individuals with the mission.

1. One must declare oneself such that the group has the realization that what one has declared ones self is living in each member of the group as a possibility. 
2. One must be open such that one is calling forth who one said one self to be as a declaration such that the world around them is aligning with and inside of the word you are speaking and people are left with who you have said yourself to be. 
3. One must create a stand from which to come.  A stand has no meaning, definition, place, or location.  You become the place where your intent and declaration show up.  You have to be open to see that that you are not seeing  such that, what is empowering you comes from nowhere and everywhere.  Yet it is now there when it wasn’t had you not taken the stand for it.  It is like the lighting rod on the building, the rod doesn’t know where the next strike is coming from and the lighting strikes and keeps striking. The rod becomes enlightened just from the stand it’s taking for the building. 
4. To get to step #1 one must inquire with and inside one’s self to see who one has become in any one moment in time.  You must be open and allow the entirety of yourself to see yourself and discover that that has you such that you wake up and become the place where your intellect is enlightened.  Listening to others and listening to yourself is the place where you can start to shine the light into a dark room and find your way to open the door of full self expression. 
5. Start tomorrow and pay attention to other human beings.  Even more important pay attention to yourself such that in each moment in time you keep opening yourself up to endless possibilities from which you come. Then you start to become the wake of opportunities in which people get caught by and ride to shore.

AMAZING GRACE

Who is [G]et [O]ur [D]iviness that is a question to be in and not a question to be answered?  We need to open ourselves up to the spirit of God’s word which lives inside us as a collective consciousness.   The bible and books that we gain knowledge from are important, yet never enough once read.

There is this place that exists when one is open to the word of endless answers such that when one calls for all the eternal force of the creator one becomes at peace with one’s own mind.

The Messiah is in all living things and lives within you.   When one fellowships with ones self and the collective community of all God’s creations, one is freed up from the burdens of this world in any one moment in time.

The kingdom of God lives with and inside all relationships that one creates in one’s lifetime.   The healing hands of all humanity as a collective community will rise up and call forth your longing heart to be one with the source of creation.    You must give up the space of judgment, anger and self indulgement to relieve yourself of all pain and sorrow you are carrying in your words.

This life in only about you until you see yourself outside yourself and allow that you have seen to become a distant memory of all tomorrows.   When one realizes one is caught up in an endless morass of conditioned patterns one is presented with the opportunity for the avenue of intellect enlightened to show up in one’s life.   This is the fulfilling of one’s self expression in one’s existence as a human being.

This poem and song says it all:

1. I am here from grace: how sweet the sound that save a man like me!  I once was lost, but now am found, was blind but, now I see;
2. Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved; how precious did that grace appear the hour I first believed;
3. Through many dangers, toil, and snares, I have already come; tis grace that brought me safe this far, and grace will lead me home;
4. The Lord has promised all to me, his word my stand secures; he will my shield and portion be as long as life endures.

The harmonics of this poem and song has carried vibrations of freedom for humanity since it was written in 1725.   Sing it or listen to it and see how you feel.

Forgiveness is the pathway to grace and yes I mean to move (for)ward and (give) up your opinion about others no matter how they have failed you.  Release and let go of everything that you know that would have you and others suffer in any way.

We do not have the right to judge others.  God created us and is the only one that reserves that right.   If I were born into this world like any other human being and raised in the environment they were and conditioned by that world, I would probably turn out just like they did no matter how they turned out.   There are no good or bad people, there are just people and we don’t not have the right to judge people.   God created people and let us leave that in his hands.

This message is sealed with love and grace  realized from the Creator, and is to be passed on to all friends, family and humanity.

With Love and Respect

I found some very interesting statistics on congregations and communities of people who come together at least once a month in person for a meeting and all of them having a common purpose.

1.  They live four years longer than the average person

2.  On average make at least double the income of the national average

3.  Only 14% of Americans participate in this type of community

This I believe is why it is so important as Action Heroes and Pitch In Ambassador’s to congregate and share our lives with each other at least once a month.

Please visit this website and learn more about the movie “THE COVE”.  It is receiving many awards and is nominated for an Oscar.  I believe the movie to be very informative and everyone should educate themselves with what is going on around the world.
