One becomes aware of ones speaking by practicing listening to ones self as though it were someone else listening to you. You create a constant flow of sound vibrations that resonate in the world while at the same time always paying attention to who you have become.

This Universal Law has given me a deeper insight each time I reread it. What an intriguing concept to give that much thought to anything we are about to say verbally, that the impact of our vibration might be made more pure if we are more connected to the Spirit residing within us than the effects of the Outer World on us. Thank for this profound food for thought and B E I N G!
